Having your login credentials up to date is the best step you can take to ensure you never lose access to your account. So please take a moment and make sure it is up to date.
How to send yourself a password reset via email
From the sign-in page, click on Forgot Password.
Enter the email address. We will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
Check your email inbox.
Click the reset link in that email.
Choose a new password.
Note: The password reset link sent to your email is time-sensitive. If you click the link and it doesn't work, try requesting a new one and use the link as soon as you can.
How to change your password while you're logged in
So, let's make some edits.
Navigate to the account icon located at the top far right of the page, click on Account. Then, on the Account page, click on Password to make edits if required.
We advise the password should be above eight characters, containing upper & lowercase letters, numbers, and a symbol.
Current Password - The password used to login
New Password - Input the new password
Confirm New Password - Repeat the new password
Note: You will be prompt to log out to activate your new password.
