In order to access articles on the knowledge base, you need to be logged in as a user of the portal.
1. Log into your portal account as linked below
2. Click on the Help Center link under the question mark icon, or the icon at the bottom right of the page to open the knowledge base
3. Click Search for help to begin searching articles
4. To open the article as a full page, click “Open in help center” at the bottom of the article.
