In order to access the knowledge base, you need to be logged in as a user of our portal.

  1. Log into your portal account

    1. AccessMyLAN or AccessMyLAN new UI (Don't have access to new UI yet, reach out to our support team!)

  2. Click on the Help Center link under the Question mark Icon to authenticate to the knowledge base

  3. Try accessing the article page again

Note: if you still cannot access an article after following the above steps, please make sure the article URL is correct. It might also be that this content is not accessible for your portal.
